LED tail light conversion

I'm wondering if anyone knows what resistor I will need to use in order to not have a hyper blink on my blinker. I'm planning on using 10 .24V/.03V LED's in each of my 5th Gen tail lights... anyone know what resister I will need to use? (Car is a 2000 if it makes a difference)

Hey, how many LEDs did you use to do the conversion? I've read the how-to's but I don't think it mentioned it.
