As topic suggest I'm after info on auto boxes, for a32, Anyone know if they came out lsd ?? Or if they can be converted, Id prefer to go manual, but at this stage it's a bit of a mission impossible finding one here in oz.

 

Yes. The I30T came with AUTO LSD if I'm not mistaken and so did the canadian SE model.

Does anyone have the model # that is stamped on the lsd auto box ???

 

On the silver plate inside the engine compartment on the passenger side firewall. It says the trans code. if it ends with a V it's LSD if it ends with an A it's open diff.

 

What if it doesn't have the trans code on it?

 

Mash the gas and if it leaves 2 even tire marks on hte road, then you have LSD.
