Hello, I'm thinking about buying a 98, 99, or 2000 Maxima. The only thing that is keeping me from purchasing one is how does one remove the spark plugs from the left cylinder head? You know, the "hidden" side. Do you have to remove the intake plenum or is there an easier way. I know on v-6 Camry's, you have to remove the plenum to get access to the spark plugs. What a pain.Any help would be highly appreciated.Thanks.

This is for the 4th Gens, but since the 5th Gen engine is basically the same, the same dircetions should work. http://vbxmaxima.8m.com/sparkplug.html

I just replaced my plugs a couple weeks ago, I was fearing the back 3, but they are not hard at all, they just take a little effort. Overall it probably took me 30-45 min to do all six.
