Maybe or maybe not. You can track the guy down because he provided his number. You'd still be protected by PayPal and eBay's fraud scam and he's asking that the car is picked up in CT.

Also, I'm pretty sure it wasn't CustomMaxima's car. It was just a car that was designed by them/for them.

Just about every other car for sale has VIN minimum with mileage, and at least year for pete's sake. Who joins eBay and have this as the first transaction with a name like that? Very shady. Seller in Flordia, yet must pick up in CT? No features listed at all. Oh, excpet never driven in rain or after mods? So how do you know it runs after mods? Someone notify customenterprise that he's selling their pic for 20k.

"This vehicle is currently in CT., and all serious buyers must make arrangements to pickup the vehicle all sales are final and please "SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY"

If the car is located in CT.. more than likely he sent it to Custommaxima to be done .. and is now selling it.

CustomEnterprise is located in Connecticut. So is Maxima.org CT Rules

Customenterprise probably just used the picture of someone's car to illustrate a part they sell. They used a picture of my car in the nose mask listing. Anybody can get a picture from their website and use it. I guess he couldn't remove the logo from it though.

you guys are not getting my point..

a) he lives in FL
b) the car is in CT
c) Custommaxima is in CT
d) the pictures of the car and listing has information about custom maxima

a + b + c + d = FL owner sends his car to Custom Maxima to have it modified so he can sell it.

simple.. to turn a profit and get something else.

Some people bring their cars to etown big events just to sell them.

So let me ask ... have any of you prognosticators called the phone number in Fla and asked about the details of this particular car?

the auction is just not set up correctly. when you sell a car on there, you fill out the info such as VIN, tranny, milage, etc. seems like poop to me.
