Hello,

When i'm turning a stearing wheel ( while the car is moving very slow ) i can hear a strange noise from the under the stear. wheel and brake/gas pedal starts to vibrate. Sound like "hrrrrum- hrrrum".

Maybe your power steering pump went.

 

all fluids are in place

Inspect your shaft boots. Sounds like the CV joints are shot.

my first guess was power steering fluid / pump.. hmm.. I wouldn't imagine boots being covered, especially for more than 3 years.. unless maybe you got some kind of extended warranty.. busted CV boots are a result of harsh driving conditions.. going through potholes, consistent dips on the road, and what have you.. if it's actually the case, boots are typically not too expensive to repair.. good luck on that man..

 

Status report :

I went to 2 mechanics .
One, with very professional look of old formula X driver, drove my car back and forth. And told me to come back in 5K miles to replace the brakes and than he will take care of this problem.
In his words the "virbtation" problem, most likely, is caused by the plastic thing ( pardon my ignorance ) which holds (?) the brake pedal where it ( pedal ) is attached to the body. // Hate to be an idiot.....
Another guy looked under the stearing wheel and pointed me to the fact that plastic tube, which has a steering metal "stick" in it, is not attached to the body by the bolts. And the only reason why it holds in place and not falling out - because it actually sits on that steering "stick". Which raises the question - why it was taking apart in thei first place ? If i want to decrease an odometer readings - is this the way to access the odometer ( or whatever is needed ) - to take a whole front of the console ( driver side) apart?


Quick Fix :
dive under the sterring wheel with my butt on the sit and my legs sticking out off the window %) and putting that plastic "tube" back in place on the bolts. I need one nut to tight it. And , hopfully,that should be it.
