im sure this has been asked before, but has anyone ever seen one? even a Cefiro would be good. of course, i would prefer a 5th gen, but i have hunted all over the place and i cant track one down. I have a model of my 98 accord coupe, and im gonna get one of the 3000GT i had, i wanna try and get a max if possible.

 

I think I seen a 3rd gen, never a 4/5th.. We have tried to get a company to mass produce them but the demand wasn't there.

 

yeah, i can see what a company would mean about the demand. but hey, ill even take a plastic model!

but how can there be demand for a 3rd gen and not 4th or 5th! i mean, they have model SATURNS!

I'm waiting for my 3rd gen 1/43 die cast i got from Ebay.. I wish they had plastic 1/24 scale models of all gen Maximas.

 

yeah, I've seen all the Z kits/models and really wish for a Max. Maybe the org can organize an order for diecasts from a company and raise money for the site too. I'd buy one of every gen, maybe even different colors of each.

 

I've been looking high and low for one for about a year. Nothing. Only 350z (which i am tired of!) skyline (it's not even imported here!).

I would buy a black one of of every Gen, I agree with EvilRoadsVictim, I am tired of the 350 models, but as for the Skyline, I have a black diecast R32 & R34, both made by JadaToys, awesome detail!

 

This is close but its only a keychain.

 

Surprisingly they don't even have the Fast and the Furious maxima as a diecast model. They have all the other cars from the movie including other nissans, but no blue maxima. Sure the movie was corny, but you'd think they'd at least have a model of that maxima since they have all the other cars.

 

For reals!!! wtf??? now that is a conspiracy.; no f&f maxima model or any other maxima diecast. that really sucks.

I have been looking for a 5th gen die cast model as well. I am a collector so far as for Nissan models i have an R34 by Jada Toys. i have a black and a white escalade by DUB, also a black and a yellow lexus IS 300 also the fast and the furiuos evolution and a lamborghini murciellago. Lastly i have the 1:10 scale model RC Navigator , and a 1:10 Supra.

They have scale models of the Chrysler LHS and the Dodge Intrepid. . . . yet no Maxima, thats absurd .

I think Dodge / Chrysler paid to have them made when those cars came out. As these models are promo items, but im not sure.
