I have been making some runs with my G-tech, and have been consistently running between 14.9 and 15.0, these runs have been at 5600 ft. I was wondering what this would translate to at sea level.

Too many factors involved with the G-Tech. It is a good tool, but the only real way to know what your car can run is by taking it too the track. Unfortunately, I really doubt a SC Maxima could hit a 14.9 at 5600', much less a NA Maxima. I once had a G-Tech set up wrong and I ran ran a 13.9@103mph!!! Then I adjusted it and got consistent 14.4s@98mph which is way quicker than my 14.7s@94mph.
