Clutchs

hey guys.
I think its that favorite time. Replacing the clutch! mines beginning to chatter and make noise. For all you guys with aftermarket clutchs. How do you like them. im looking at an Exedy stage 1, spec stage 1, and maybe just maybe the ACT. What do you guys think. Anybody running one of these? How you feel about it?

Thanks guys

Sean

yeah, I agree, we need some kind of poll or master post for peoples' experiences. I was considering SPEC for when my 2K's clutch goes up...

If your car is stock or just a few bolt ons, I recomend you get a new oem nissan clutch. It has more than enough clamping force for your near stock max. Getting a stifer aftermarket clutch will only put stress on your tranny if you shift hard.

well forget the clutch idea. Now its the trannie. Making crazy noise. I think its the differential bearing. Im planning on getting mine rebuilt or buying a used i30 trannie.

just buy a used I30 tranny with the VLSD. less expensive the having your tranny rebuilt.
