I was coming home from the Brooklyn mini-meet and was following 1hotmax. We were on the Van Wyck and traffic was pretty heavy. We were in the inner most lane.

A car got between us, but no biggie. Drive no more than 5 minutes when I see a white Max try to pull in front of me hard. I let him get in front of me cause I'm a nice guy and I could still see 1hotmax.

Big mistake. Turns out the white Max wanted to get next to the minivan that was in front of him in the middle lane. The guy in the white Max starts waving his arms around and the guy in the minivan rolls his windows down. I couldn't hear anything but I see the guy in the white Max wave his arms around even more and I see him accidently bump it into his wife, I'm assuming. She tries to pull his arms down.

Then... the s**t hits the fan. The white Max pulls hard into the middle lane to scare the minivan. The minivan avoids the white Max and the white Max pulls straight. And then tried that stupid stunt AGAIN! The minivan avoids him. So the white Max speeds up a little and turns so that his midsection is at the minivan's front end. The minivan jerks a couple of times to say, "Move it or I ram it" Then the minivan pulls away and the Max starts moving.

Now, it's the minivan's turns to be an @$$hole. He pulls into the left lane and starts to "push" the Max into the concrete divider. The both brakes and jerk and are waving their arms around like crazy.

And poor lil me, stuck behind the two loonies praying, "Please don't hit each other, please don't hit each other, please don't hit each other!" I didn't feel like being stuck behind an accident with two mental cases.

The white Max speeds up and I think it's okay... yeah right.

The white Max pulls halfway in between the left and middle lane and parks his car right in front of the minivan.

I had enough of their s**t. I gunned it and squeezed past the white Max on the left and got the hell outta there!

Damn ... nutjobs all over the place!

What was their problem? And I thought that drivers in Miami were bad...

It makes me wonder why the cops are never there when they should be but have plenty of time to harass you for trite traffic offenses. (like being a few miles per hour above the speed limit)

I'm assuming the minivan cut the white Max off.

And you know what the retarded thing is, when you mentioned about cops not being around? Well ... there was a cop, about ten minutes back in the opposite direction.

We had stopped off at a small rest stop overlooking the Verazanno Bridge, and on the way there, we saw a cop on the opposite side. He had pulled someone over and was probably giving them a ticket.

And I don't know, I was in Miami for a year and half at U of Miami and I didn't think the drivers were that bad down there. But then again, I wasn't driving when I was down there, I was always merely a passenger.

I saw some incident near Flatbush Ave. with a delivery truck and a Town Car. The two got out and the delivery driver pummelled the Town Car driver. Any cab driver who was stopped get involved? No. That's just BK, nothing unusual. Just remember that though, wont be any good samaritans around so it's not a good idea to start anything. That's the real world as opposed to where you race up to 110, back em down and everyone holds hands and parts buddies in Styxville.

Unbelieavable. Some people shouldn't be allowed to drive. Both of those drivers risked the safety and wellbeing of their passengers and their vehicles for what?!? To prove one had less common sense than the other? I am impressed...

I just heard the other day about a guy in san jose who's facin 3 years. after a fender-bender, he got out of his car, walked up to the woman who was in the other car (not sure who's fault it was), snatched her dog from her lap and threw it into traffic, where it was struck and died.

one of the saddest stories i've ever heard, for several reasons...

ok, i found the link:

I've had a gun pulled on me twice while working. Nothing like good old Motorola and some fast cop cars to combat road rage.

You should get one of those LED light signs and have it say "Haha, I'm on the phone with the cops you *****!" scrolling across at the press of a button. That would be hilarious..

I can say it on the loudspeaker, I has in an ambulance both times. People get ****ed because they get on the right side of you to try to pass, but have no idea just how fast these things take off from a stop. Funny thing was that me partner the second time was also a cop, so we followed the guy. And caught up with him. My partner got out of the ambulance and arrested the guy.

Road rage

This story remind me of what happended last week.

I was on my way to work, traffic was light on a three lane freeway (237 @ Bay Area). I was in the middle lane. This big domestic truck coming fast from the behind on the right lane.

Then the car in front of me go very slow. So I pull behind the truck. Then we both pass the car on the left, and I pull back to the left again (with signal). All the sudden the truck cut in front of me and flip the middle figure. I was ****ed!!!! Does he think he own the road because he is driving a big car?
