The ECU on the right of the gas pedal. It will take aleast 30 mins if you never done it before. There are two panels on each side of the BCM. One on driver side and one on pass. side. No biggie, they are held by two pressure plugs. The hard part is to get the metal bracket that's holding the BCM out. The are two small bolts holding it down the bracket. You can't see the bolts or reach them because there is one large collection of wires surrounding the whole bracket. There are about 150 small wires tie togther with black tape and it's around 1" thick in diameter. These wires are held by snaps all around the bracket. You will need to unsnap them before you can see the two bolts. It's not hard but just time consuming.
