Haven't had many significant problems with my 95 GXE, but I'm facing a service call now. I've got vibration apparently from the front of the car, can feel it on the steering wheel. Most noticeable above about 65, but hard to tell at slower speeds. Had alignment done a month ago (didn't help), and I've taken the car in for rebalancing 3 times now with no luck. Also got new 17" Kumho's (same rims) this last visit. Tire store checked the wheels and said they aren't bent. Search function yielded possible failures to check for in tie rods, bearings, or universal joint. I'm not smart on these parts, so I figure I need to take it into the dealer, but how do you guys handle it? I hate the idea of going in there and saying, "Got this vibration problem, can you fix it?"

I ha dthe same prob as you. I had 3 alignments done by 3 diff stores. Tires and rims rotated and balanced over a dozen times and it still vibrated. I even was nice enough to buy new rims and it was still there. THen, i bought a set of new tires and that did the trick for me. If that doesnt work for you, you may have a bad bearing or you cv axle may be shot or even snapped. Good luck.
