My car is more tail happy now with the RSB, but i don't see how drifting is possible seeing as how we are FWD.

Its all about the E-Brake

It was 40 on christmas day here...so I can't do much drifting. That and my car is wrecked. My truck is better for drifting anyway. Its about as low as the Max.

I guess it's a little of both. Wouldn't mind doing a little Need 4 Speed drifting though. But w/ FWD nothing more than sliding.

I do it everywhere I go, on empty parking lots... I like the facts that I lose control and pull my self back in control of the car... it is good practice... so that if someday I find my self on a slidding situation I will know what to do... avoid a crash....

I was sideways around a few turns in my Pathy on the way to work this morning hehe. Last storm I was kicking the tail around too and some 4wd drifts. Haven't done any donuts yet tho with it... The max is stored for the winter..

nothing new, I can do it around fire hydrants, and cars, corners, whatever you want me to do i can, hehehehe, had lots of practice on open ice in chicago, only wih that my friend was recording me instead of the crowed of girls it attracted!!! My friend has a prelude and he thought he was the best, made circles around him for like 5 min and waisted a crap load of gas and shut him up, lol. can any body do a standing still donut, i was wondering how it was possible but if the parking lot is icy i can stand the middle of a circle and just keep goin and goin, makes my tc light stay on though,

I used to do it without an ebrake with my old maxima. I wanted to use the ebrake but it didn't work at all haha, I bet the previous owner had some fun with it. Ended up sliding into a sign at like 2 mph after like 4 hours of doing it. Last year when I tried in a big empty parking lot I got pulled over, the cop was cool though and let us go.

How can you dift the Max without the ebrake? seems like all the techniques for difting without the e-brake would only work on rear wheen drive cars. Or do you guys have a stiff tail.

say your going around a left turn, floor it so your front wheels loose traction and you understear to the right. once you let off the gas, the 2 front wheels which are still ppointed to the left regain traction and the @ss slides out

I did it first by approaching a turn faster than i'm supposed to take it at, then i would tap the brakes hard, so all the weight moves to the front, then say I'm approaching a right turn, I would turn the opposite way to the left quickly then cut back to the right quickly and by then the rear end would break loose. Pretty fun, I mostly did it in the rain and parking lots.

that can work without having to turn the opposite way. just hit the brakes into the turn and take a horible line and the rear end will come out. i did that the 2nd day i had my car. i went into a turn way too fast thinking i was the **** and then slammed the brakes. did a 360 and scratched my front bumper on a cement divider.

I've had some fun this winter!!
i did some sick *** reverse donut, spun around about 15 times and made a perfect circle. if was awesome when ur friend tells u to stop because its making him sick. I found it wasn't as fun when i would go to about 30 and turn pulling the e-brake because i would just turn and slide. But its awesome

I believe you're mistaken with the twin engine Hyundai Tiburon that was on SCC a couple years ago.
