Today, my friend picks me up in his prelude and we start driving around. We pull on a major road and are going the speed limit. A cop passes us in the opposite direction and my friend flicks him off for no reason. We then keep driving when my friend thinks that the cop might be turning around, so we try to pull into a neighborhood, but it was too late. He pulled us over, walks over, and knocks on the glass. He says, "It something wrong with your finger." My friend acts dumb and says he doesnt know what he was talking about..that he was just trying to scratch a piece of dirt off the window(before the cop got out of the car he licked his finger and touched the window). The cop say, "I know what i saw, come clean!" He then asks for both of out licenses and heads back to his car...then TWO other police cars show up. There are THREE cop cars around us. Im called out of the car and I just tell the cop I was looking in the opposite direction and didnt see anything. Anyway, after many threats of arresting us for disorderly conduct, he backs down and asks, "so are we cool?". "well I think so officer". "good" He walks off. Then one of the other cops starts talking to us. Turns out that my friend knew this cop and were having a friendly conversation.

So, thus, YOU CAN GET PULLED OVER FOR GIVING A COP THE BIRD
