Hello,

Does anybody know how to get rid of or eliminate those annoying squicking noises from the front dash? The SEs are a little stiffer around the bumps and such.

Thank you.

I had a really annoying rattle. I got so annoyed that I ripped off the plastic that covers the pillar in front of the passenger window. Tried to find something to put in-between the dash and that plastic so it wouldn't rub, couldn't find anything, so after a couple months of bare metal and the exposed wire running to the vanity mirror I just put it back the way it was. Rattle gone!

squeaking dash

Hey. Just to let you know. there are a whole bunch of "how to's" in regards to squeaks and things on the top part of the 5th gen page. I am pretty sure it is a sticky thread so it always appears at the top of the page. You will find fixes for all sorts of squeaks in there.
