I know this has been discussed numerous times but I just wanted to make sure

I have a court date coming up and I was wondering what I could do about it

So far what I have from Mr.Kratz is that my best chance to fight it is to goto court on the date given...plead not guilty at the hearing and ask for a full jury trial

At the full jury trial explain my case and plead no contest afterwards...is this correct?

and just to make sure...is a full jury trial given to anyone who asks for one in all states? (New York)

 

If anyone can answer that can they also tell me how to postpone a court date? (New York Also)
