taillamp paint?

hey Guys, I'm not sure if I'm posting the correct catergory. My friend bought some altezza taillight for this 98 Maxima. Since it's illegal in NM to have them unless they have red visible bulb since the tail light is completely clear. Is there a spray paint that designed for that kind of application on the tail light? Where would you find them at?

Niteshades. Remember to clear coat them because they oxidize.

Some of us 5.5 guys have painted the amber part in our tails red. Check out this thread: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=368972

you can get the paint here: http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com/bulandtailli.html

Others have used Testors Paint that you can find at hobby shops.

I spray clear coat over mine and it still oxidized. I think red tape is the safest bet to last the longest.
