Wow...Berk Intake + 12 degrees = Power

I installed my Berk intake summer of 2004. Noticed how it would bog down when it was very hot outside. (measuring underhood temps it would sometimes go up to 150 degress plus during stop and go traffic)

People on the .org often wrote how well their Max performed with the Berk in the winter.

Well, I just had a taste of it. 12 degrees out and the VQ has never been so quick and responsive as tonight. Much better than the summer and even better than I remember the stock intake during last winter. Like a different car. I guess the cold dense air and increase air flow with the Berk just maximizies the power of the VQ

Makes me want to move to Canada.

Stock intake = power

aftermarket intake in heat = you loose power

aftermarket intake in cold = you still probubly dont gain much, tires just brake loose cause the roads are cold and tires arent as sticky.

I own a Maxima that runs well all the time, however.....

Heated leather seats + Cold Temps + Auto Climate Control + Remote Start = I own all of you!

Seriously, who's your daddy.
