Spontaneous camber change

If I'm driving down the rode, hit a small bump and my wheels go from | | to / \ ... what do you guys think the problem is. Nothing is loose as far as bolts go.

How do you know your wheels are doing that? You can't see your wheels while you're driving.

Good suspensions are designed to add negative camber in compression, to maintain grip. If the suspension didn't add negative camber, then the body roll would cause the camber to go positive, which would significantly reduce grip.

Check for failed lower control arm bushings (where it mounts to the sub-frame) and make sure the ball joint is tight.

Bounce on car above the strut and see what might make noise/be loose. Jack one of the front wheels and grab it. Try moving it in/out - does it do wiggle any besides normal turning?
