Gauge mounting options

Since I got the Zeitronix LCD display (wideband afr, boost, egt), I decided to sell my triple gauge pod. I didnt think that I needed all of the spots. I think that I'm going to go with just two gauges, mounted on the steering column. I know that there are kits for other cars, but I do not really feel like moulding my own kit out of fiberglass. Work, along with masters classes is really monopolizing my time.

To monitor, I now have a cyberdyne fuel pressure gauge, the same ones seen here. http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...56&prmenbr=361

I was thinking about adding another, like oil pressure, oil temp or ambient temp, I haven't decided yet.

Now it comes to my question. What do yall think of this as an option?

It will mount there just fine and its adjustable so I can adjust it to where I want.

Why not just get a single gauge pod? Wouldn't that serve the same purpose? And on top of that (and I know that you said time-management was an issue), you can make it look like it's almost supposed to be there. IMO, that pod you're looking at kinda looks like it's just that - a pod.

Good idea on those gauges, though... (I didn't know they made amp temp gauges - so now I gotta do some shopping...)

the reason why i dont want the pod is because they catch too much attention. i dont want everyone to know that i'm boosted.
