but...i'v heard many people complain about redlinemax. will there be any differences in the quality of products you sell? or the customer service you give? the complaints i'v heard are the reason i buy my products else where...

case #2 your CF hood have had bad reviews. yellowing, chipping etc.
i'v heard numerous complaints. i don't mean to discredit this company but i'v heard of problems and i was just wondering what the new ownership will be like and how they would handle these two problems now. thanks

I know the Sadler issue with the M Bumper he told me directly. However the Bumper which is currently going on my car has had no complaints from the body shop on fitment.
Also the CF hoods that the company now gets are of better quality. As a matter of fact the one currently going on my car has the full framing underneath and the finish is amazing! I was actually surprised of how good the quality is. Believe me, as owner of the company, I have to evaluate the current products and distributors of each and every product and I am very pleased with the quality of the things that I have seen recently. If not Believe me I would change. My first line of duty is and will be customer service. As you can see, like you I am an enthusiast and I don't like crap. My car has been around for a while and through alot and I would not sell anything that the quality was bad where I couldn't put it on my own car.

Does the new cf hoods come with rolled edges?
How would you have a CF hood without framing underneath?
How is the CF you recieve now any different from what you had before?
You seem very confident about the quality of the new cf...which is great! Will you give me a guarentee that a cf hood that i buy from you will not turn yellow, chip(massively), or have the latch snap off within say...my 1st two years of ownership?

Also if my bodyshop has major problems with a bodykit i buy from you am i SOL?
