Sticky Seatbelts

i know there was a post like this sometime back but i cant find it.

my seat belts always have to be pushed bak up so that they wind up all the way or else they get closed in the door. how do i fix this? i know its gunk build up or something but i dont kno how to exactly get to the jammed part right without breaking things like i usually do.

There is actually a TSB for this, if i remember correctly. If you search the TSB list, it should be in there.

Don't we have lifetime warranty on our seatbelts? If that applies to this TSB, im planning on bringing my car in. Im sick of my seatbelt getting caught in the door.
