What kind of headlight bulbs do you have? I noticed they looked nice in your pic.

damn, you know how many e-mails I get asking that? They are Narva Range Powers.. About 14 dollars a piece from Courtesy Nissan. Stock power. But one of them blew out on me last night. Thats after having them for 2 years or so. Not bad at all..

wow quick responce, 2 years is pretty good. A few questions..

1.) How's the performance over stock? I know some nice looking bulbs but show up like *** on the road
and
2.) did you get an upgraded wiring harness?

Thanks!!

Re: thanks..

They look good on a road. Don't expect it to have the light output of overwattage bulbs. These bulbs are stock wattage so you don't need to upgrade your wiring harness. You get a bit more white light which translates to better vision. Where the stock bulbs turn a yellow/brown.. these lights stay white. So they reflect off signs very well.. No complaints for the price. And for the record.. 9004s suck ***.. Not even worth spending 60 dollars or whatever on PIAAs..

running those lights up here

....in Canada all new cars are set up with a day time running light arrangement. So the lights are on ALL the time, but at reduced power during the day. I think by 50%.
I am wondering if a reduced power situation would wreck the bulbs or shorten their life?
