man I just remembered. I have 3/4 a tank of gas in the car. My gas gauge does not work anymore so I forgot about that. I am looking forward to getting my fuel cell. I get that will be good for 40-50lbs.

Ending the exhaust in the tunnel doesn't work very well. I'm currently doing this and having trouble with it heating the lines. The actual tank isn't getting too hot. Its just the lines. During extended WOT runs it heats the lines and causes a vapor lock. The ECU sees that the engine isn't getting fuel and tells the pump to send more. The pump does so but it just gets vapor locked again. This cycle happens several times until the current to the pump gets so high that it blows the fuse. This has happened to me once. Although putting a simple 90 degree 2.5" bend right off the muffler will solve all this problem.

I have had no trouble with the way I have my exhaust. Sounds good, looks cool, and seems to do the trick performance wise. I will get some pics of the undercar this week.

Is your ending after the stock resonator? That is probably why you're fine. My muffler is ending 14 inches from the gas tank and about 10 inches from the fuel lines.
