That's odd, I swear the brochure lists nearly all that as standard.

 

I don't think you have a GLE. I'm 99% sure (somebody can attest to this) they all came standard with leather, bose, and auto climate control. The moonroof was definitely still an option. I saw an otherwise loaded GLE without a moonroof. But the other three things should have been standard.

Maybe you have a GXE that somebody rebadged as a GLE. Because if GLEs didn't come standard with that equipment, what would differentiate them from the GXE?

 

That sounds more like a GXE to me.

 

It was an easy choice for me. My first 2 SE's had sunroofs that were part of the Bose package. I did not want to pay extra money for my 02 buying unneeded gadgets.

 

Yeah, I know the 4th gen had all that stuff std. There is nothing that I know of where the trim level is signified, i.e. like on the reggie or title. But the prices are diff. in resale. It's a shame that people can get away with selling something as if it were a GLE and it's not. But that's the real world of Kung Fu Hustle (which I saw for sale on DVD this weekend in NYC--how hilarious, didn't it just open Fri.?).

03 SE no moonroof, Wish I had 1

 

my old SE auto that came with the 16's instead of 17's had no moonroof. My AE now obviously has a moonroof
