In general, unless is pulls so hard that you have to fight it, I'd say it's ok. But this problem could be due to 1)brake pads - one side bites more than the other 2) brake rotors 3) calipers, one side is leaking for example... 4) Master Cylnder 5) or maybe tires 6) uneven roads 7) or alignment...
But like i said, if it pulling so hard that you have to physically fight it, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
