did you cut your bumpstops? and if you did.. how much? and how is the ride quality?

if you did not cut your bumpstops.. how is the ride quality?



Reason i am asking is i think i may have cut off too much of my bumpstops and now the bottom of the car hits the road too much over bumps and potholes

I didn't cut the bumper stops. Got too lazy, but the bottom of the car never hit the road.

I cut my front right bump stop but not my front left one. Reason why is I did my front left suspension first and took it out for a test drive and when I was pulling in and out of my gravel drive way I drove over some big bumps and I heard a banging sound. So I decided to cut my front right bumpstop and the sound is not on that side when I go over BIG bumps, only on the left side. The bumpstop I did cut I cut about 2 links of it off.

I cut 1 "link" or whatever you want to call them and I have yet to have the suspension bottom out on me. I have also only bottomed out the car once, but that was going over a speed bump.
