Cars love cold weahter... and fuel system cleaner...
First off, for those that would like to use a fuel cleaner, you will want to try out the Pennzoil Gumout Regane. Larry at http://www.theoldone.com swears by it. And incase you are wondering, Larry is about the most knowledgeable guy that I know out there. Yes he builds hondas now, but he's built fords blah blah before some of us, me included, was even born. Anyways, this guys knows his stuff and I am pretty sure he knows what he is talking about. Oh his latest accomplishment is a supercharged honda B16 that puts out over 500hp, stock bottom end... yes it's true.
Now to the cold weather part... cars just love cold weather... the maxima with CAI really like it... the car is much much more effortless... Now the CRX...

Cold temp makes a BIG diff with the CAI. I won't attempt a run over 60deg if I can avoid it. Running at 75deg vs 60deg can add .4s to a 1/4 run. Unfortunately below 50-60deg leaves less traction too...
