you swap them right to left and have the tires remountedon the opposite rim this way they are still directional. you can only swap directional tires(any low prifile tire pretty much) front to back unless you dismount them and mount them on the opposite rim. me personally i wouldnt rotate them. guys with vettes dont. any staggered wheel size you really cant rotate
