Color Changing Film?

I have a 93se, and I've got a HUD installed, just finished a couple days ago, in the future I plan on turning all the lights in my car (gauges, air conditioning unit, key rings, map lights, everything, BLUE. The only thing I wouldn't know how to change, and wouldn't attempt to change, is the HUDs projection and that clock, which both are green. I was wondering if anyone here worked with/knew of any type film I could lay over the light to make it appear blue (I can get behind the cover of the clock, similar with the HUD)?

Well if I remember right, isn't the clock changing color merely using a different color of film (like purple or something like that, to make it appear white). Maybe the HUD is the same way? Perhaps just remove the green stuff and use the same stuff they used to make the clock a different color.

But what is that STUFF, plus I really just want something I can lay over my clock and my HUD, that way I don't have to start another project
