Turbo chargers for Altimas??? Isnt that crazy? Why arent there any for the damn Maxima?! A company called FMax makes the turbo charger. They make it for the Altims KA24DE Motor. Check it out at http://www.f-max.com I thought I wouls share this with everyone, though I know we really dont care.

 

The KA24DE is the same motor as the 240sx, so that is why the availablility. There is a reason for everything....

 

he did ask if I wanted one before I got the SC.

There's alot of work in a custom turbo kit for the Max. I wouldnt trust a normal shop to doing this. Lots of custom fabrication to do, plus if they dont have tons of experince with turbos, may run into problems and not know how to solve it. Since nothings been tested most likely the turbo kit they build for your Max will be the prototype. Whatever works good will be used again, whatever doesnt work good improve on in the next kit. Am i making sense? time to sleep....later
