performance loss from a heatsoaked engine

how much power can a car lose when it is heatsoaked, i.e. driving 1.5 hours non-stop and running the 1/4 mile, or driving around town in traffic and then a dyno.

15.75 hp for every 37 1/2 minutes of driving where the engine is at least running at 5700rpm for 80% of that time and the ambient air temp is over 97.23 degrees F.
