Last night driving down ponce de leon in atlanta ga i was....you guessed it REAR ENDED by a Lady whose foot slipped off the brake pedal. We were at a damn red light! She was driving a black rodeo and after the accident she kept saying , " I'm such a moron." I made no attempts to dispute this fact. Woke up this morning with lower back pain, damn I hate the entire process this is gonna take. Only damage was my stiff back and the cars scratched and pushed bumper, oh yeah some nice spoiler rattle as well!

Hmm... stiff back? Cha-Ching!! Hire yourself a lawyer and go to town. Hope you feel better. The repairs shouldn't be that much of a headache if she admits fault. My advice is to not even go through your insurance company, go straight to hers for a check. My brother did this and his insurance company never even knew about the accident.
