the new skyline sedan is hard to tell apart from the 6th gen maxima as well over here in NZ

at first i thought that the speedo read 220 mph....then i saw km, lol....btw, how much is 170 kW power, 333 Nm torque converted?

Why would they need the Altima, Maxima, and this car. It doesn't look good for the Max, look at the wheel gap, if that is not the replacement for the Max then I don't know what is.

The Teana and Fuga are nothing alike. The Teana is on the FF-L platform with a transverse engine and the Fuga (M45/M35) is on the FM platform with a north-south engine. I really wish Car and Driver would do alittle research before writing junk rumors.

It would be nice if the next gen Altima takes some styling cues from the Teana (except the rear lights). Even though I love my 5th gen Max, I definitely will not consider the current or next gen Max because it has gotten way too big. I hope they don't bloat the next Altima. And if they must, I hope it grows vertical, not horizontal.

227.97 HP and 245.6 lb-ft torque...

Infiniti M = Nissan Fuga
Maxima (Outside US) = Nissan Teana

Its also interesting to note that it would have actually been the A34 I35/I35 if that series continued into a new generaiton
