wierd rubbing sound from from the rear

my cars rear end just started making the loudest noise, at slow sppeds it sounds like someone sawing down a tree, kinda like a slow whooshing noise and then it builds toa a dink-dink-dink kinda noise, it gets faster as i get faster, it doesnt matter if the engine in on or off, it goes away for the splitsecond i hit a bump or while starting a turn. or if i pull my ebrake, that stops it totally. my brakes are new so i dont think its them, also i dont think i get any vibration, my car kinda vibrates a lil anyway from my front bearing that i think are going bad.

anyone have any idead, im thinking wheel bearings, dont know what else it could be. thanks!
