fresh tint bubbles?
hey guys i just got my windows tinted and i was just wondering is it normal that have like a bubbly effect as of now.
I assume it is normal since the tint is still wet and when it drys out it will dry out evenly flat. From inside it looks very nicely even on the sides just not the rear and when you look from the outside in. it just looks like there are air pockets and bubbles.
my first time getting tints. the tints were done by a very good person. Hes done many cars and they all came out very nice. So yea is the bubbling normal for the first couple days untill it dries out.
All the guy told me was not to open the windows for the next 2 days aleast. Overall i'm very happy with the tints from the interior view. My friend bought out the fact that it looks a little bubbly from the outside.

they aren't major at all. They feel flat as if their aren't any bubbles. but then the outer view makes it look really bubbly. my fronts looks a lot nicer then the rears. maybe cause its lighter in the front. Well thanks guys for letting me know its really common. i had a feeling it was.

Turtle, don't touch those windows for at least a week. When you're in your car, kep it on high heat. Those bubbles are from the moisture that is used to activate the glue on the tint. Hector's guy does a nice job. Don't worry.

Yea i have no worries about hector's guy at tho. I just thought it seems odd but i guess it was just due to my noobish experiences with tints. :P

i didn't.. it was a thought tho.
most my bubbles went away except for the rear window which there are like some noticeable ones as of now. i'll give it a couple more days before i'm really concerned.
They are coming out to be really nice.

Don't roll down your windows for a week. Also on the rear you will see some residual bubbling at the top where that black peck marks are in the window. That is a very hard area to tint.
