I have a question, I was talking to this guy who balances tires at the local mechanics shop--and I want to verify this. He says that usually wheels (rims) that have been curbed--whether slightly or a lot will be hard to balance...is that true or is that some lie so he won't have to do a good job? Or does the vibration from the steering wheel at higher speed come from the tires and not the rims themselves.
