I use my DDEs and fogs during the day and dusk. I use my headlights when they are needed. They put them there for something

I let the auto feature decide when it is dark enough for headlights. Then I proceed to high-beam everyone else with their headlights off, including fogs-only bad-azzes.

Yes please drive at night with only fogs. So when you hit/get hit, the accident can be charged/partially charged to your insurance for not using your equipment properly.

Don't know if anyone really caught this but FOGS are designed for what? FOG!

In the new BMW M5 they didnt put in fogs, saying that nobody used them for their true purpose anyway

1/2 the threads on the first page are worse than this, and the other 1/2 have answers that could be found by searching or reading the FAQs/stickies.

driving 65+ mph with just fogs on its retarded and asking for an accident.. in a brightly lit city i see no problem but where there is no light is just asking for trouble.

I couldnt have the fogs on without the headlights in my Maxima, as I never did the rewire mod, ditto on the IS300. Headlights AND foglights on is teh win!

If this thread is so , why is it still alive?

I should start another weekly threads: should I buy a 4th gen or 5th gen? ANd what kind of foglgihts should I get? Where do I buy the parts?

Because I was waiting for your reply.

So because there are some lame threads, that means you should create more?

hey, does everybody use both pedals? Sometimes I use just the gas pedal. Especially at night. i find if i just jam it into 1st at whatever speed i'm going, it slows down pretty good. i wonder why Nissan even put brakes on our cars...

lol.

No I shouldn't (how often do I?), but reposts and FAQs are given more mercy than me.

It is the action of driving with foglights instead of headlights that is lame, moreso than this thread.

FYI: Our standard fogs are more cosmetic than anything - their effectiveness in fog almost nil.
