Same color is usually $3000, $3500 for a quality job (door jambs, under weather stripping, etc [possibly in the engine bay? doubt it]), but changing the color is usually about a grand more, so far as I've seen.
Cliffs: Costs a ****load.

im looking to change the copper to electric blue really bad. i got a great deal on the car and have some left over cash, would rather change the color of the car than mod it i think my cousin owns a body shop he might be able to do it wut goes into changing the color of a car cause maybe i might be able to get a deal

so if you do it after you get the body kit hooked up you get it done all in one shot

Maaco is crap, pure and simple. Every once in a while someone will get a relatively 'quality' job from them ('quality' in reference to their normal crap) but usually that person has taped off holes, removed accessories (fogs, headlights, etc), removed molding, etc. themselves.
