ive seen this post where the guy got his inspected with the front windows down. i think it might work if it was on a hot day... becasue if i remember i did that before, but that was when i didnt have any windows tinted. so they didnt check. if they see that i have tints on the back window, they might roll up the front ones just to check.

 

ur windows need to go up and down for u to pass inspection. just get a medical excuse or buy a damn sticker. there is seriously no other way to get around it trust me i tried for 3 years. medical card is the best way to go if u got dr friends or dr's in the fam
