This is what they said:
Your Gasoline refund is based on the average retail price of your gasoline, which is the total amount you prepaid online plus money to compensate you for our estimate of the savings you would have received at the station if you had actually pumped your unused gallons.
So in my case, I had locked up 150 gallons unpumped. They refund everything I paid for, AND $0.60x150! free $90
