shaved trunk key hole???

how do you do this...i have both emblems shaved off and i want to get rid of the keyhole...ive seen some pics of rides without it and i was just wondering how it's done...

heres how its done, you remove the keyhole any method is adequate, then take some auto clay (lack of a better word), plaster it on, smooth it out and have someone repaint other that section or the whole bumper.
