What the **** did they do to the Sentra?!?!?...I expected the Maxima to look the same, and the Altima to pick up a few design cues from the 6G Max, but wow.

h2kfrosty - the Altima has a redline of 6750...wtf is going on

Whether we like it or not the maxima is getting bigger and uglier.

IMO the Altima was suppose to take over the sporty sedan line. Let the maxima become the big car like infinities Q models and Let the Altima become like the G35 coupe but Nissan's version. That with out a doubt be HOT.
I def vote on that.

Come on Nissan wake TFU!!!!!!!!!

That may have been true but after the 5th Gen I have been looking elsewhere for my next car.

Also, what is with Nissan and the big azz rears on their designs?

Just look at that huge azz.

The lines on the new Altima are pretty good.
Never cared much for the taillights of the current one though...and I like the new ones even less.

After having an 06 loaner for a week, I can tell you that interior in the 07 is a huge improvement, grill looks better too, I like the car from the rear but it's lacks agressiveness on the front. I guess my string of Maxima's ends with my current model.

I'm not crazy about the elongated head lights/tail lights but the shape is decent. It will be a wild aftermarket tuner car.
