Japan spec. Maxima ?

Japan spec. Maxima ?

I was woundering if there is such a thing as a japan spec maxima . From the vin decode I got that the Manufacturing Country is Japan but the plant is T what plant is this ? The fire wall tag is in japanise and american this is perplexing to me any help would be greatly appriciated .

hi funny you should ask this question as i just been down dealers with my maxima and he said he thinks it a rare jap spec the vin is jn100 hj30 he says its not an import though im in uk buy the way any info greatly appreciated

There is no such thing. You drive what we have as the Infiniti I.

is this a trick question ? my car was built in oppama, japan but its a us spec right ? sent to usa

but then again what do you mean exactly, lol ! maybe a true japanese spec would be made for japan and be right hand drive.

well i dont no all i no is its got a nice v6 right hand drive and goes well thank you nissan

maximamandan, what year is your car?

also Tatanko, I have seen Maxima's here in the uk... they were imported until around 1994. I say they're missing out, but I brought mine with me... so I suppose it doesn't affect me.

all maximas up till the 5.5 gen were built in japan the 6th gen was the first maxima to be built in america

i have just brought it its a 1993 k reg its not an import but aparently rare as rocking horse sh*t im in the uk does anyone know anything about the alarm? mine keeps going off i will get some pics of the beast soon and post them

is your owners manual in japanese ? with my pulsar the bloody manual is useless, unless i learn to read japanese i will never know what it says, lol

You can befriend one of the waiters/cashiers at your local japanese establishment and little by little you can have them translate it.
