ok, when i go to start the maxipad its giving me trouble... trouble in the sense that it usually cranks immediately but lately ill crank and itll sound like a plunger opens but no start. then i crank 1 or 2 more times for it startup

filter is new, plugs are new, fuel pressure is factory PSI. starter is good and so is the alternator and battery. please any insight is helpful! thank you...

 

to top it off now my horn isnt working nor is my panic alarm. i checked the relays and they all click, what can be wrong?
