Does this type of thing even exsist? (paint removal question).....

I was wondering if there was some sort or paint removal/solvent that is in a spray can form. I was thinking about taking some pealing paint off that I sprayed on some stuff and there are some small edges and such and so I wondering if there was just a spray that you could spray on it and it would disolve and you could just wash it off

Yes, I can't remember it's name, available at most auto parts stores or contact an autobody supply shop by you.

Aircraft paint remover.... something like that... comes in spray cans.

oh ok

make sure the temp is just right. I tried it when it was too cold and had crappy results. I had to wrap my rims in a garbage bag to make the spray more effective. I dont know how hot it is over there, but if it is too hot then you might want to put in a garbage bag or else the stuff will evaporate.

Spray stripper is junk. Martin Senour paint remover is the way to go. Just brush it on and hose it off. NAPA carries it.

i wrote a HUGE thing about this a while ago: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=446094

it's the long way to do it, but the results speak for themselves. at the very least read through it and then you can do it the easy way
