Well it wasn't a bad weekend i went one and one...
First Sat bout 3:30 ish i'm cruisin round wayne, New Jerz .. not look for trouble .. pull up to a stop light and this 2000 3 series rolls up behind me right on my @ss.. hmm... okay windows go up sunroof closed ... i punch it off the light and switch lanes to give him room.. he don't go ... i'm doin bout thirty... my celly rings .. i go to answer it and i see him flyin towards me .. dam... i punch it at 30 .. my bumper is by his passerger side door .. by 80 my rear bumper is a few feet ahead of his car.. i shut it down .. its a 40 mph zone.. i couldn't see if he was 323 or 328 .. or maybe even 330 .. nah

now its bout 9 p.m.
i'm cruisin on rt.17 ... Lookin for trouble... dum dum dum
i find it ..97-98 Jetta VR6.. 5-spd.. exhaust.. now i usually wouldn't mess with that but its cold out and my CAI loves that ... now we start weavin ..bout doin 80....
i catch an open lane and punch it .. he's behind me .. i pull bout 3 cars on him and i figure ..it over... i look and the **** cuts 3 lanes and slams it .. okay so i go again .. we pull ahead of traffic with two open lanes..
we both slow down to 55 and give each other the look .. bam .. punch it to bout 85.. dam he ripped me ... had like a car and a half at least.. okay i lose
We pulled into a gas station .. hes got full exhaust .. intake and it's chipped... okay thas why .. i had two people in the car with me ... thas another reason.. anyway he's like .. dam that thing pulls for a BIG four door.. i was like whoa what you mean big ? he says how'd i beat you your supercharged . okay this is where i crack up .. he said he heard my intake over his motor at full throttle . .. i told him it was my intake not a SC.. i never thought it was that loud tho..
he said when he pulled on me from 55 he said he dropped it into third at 7000 rpms.... dam my slushbox...

so not a bad weekend .. 1-1 ...

there was one other one but it wasn't even a race... an old man in an E55 pulled up next to me on Rt.3... (this is the truth i have no reason to lie) we go around a turn .. by the end of the turn we're doin 30 .. we both punch it .. i shut down at 70.. he had i'd say .... 1/2 mile on me (8-9 car lengths) .. DAM .. not even funny.. i went home crying...

None of the Honda and Neon guys will race me in my area now because supposedly I'm SC'd. I don't know how many times I've been asked what kind of blower I've got. The Y-pipe hiss is what causes people to think it's SC'd.

Yup, here in New Orleans I have tried to get several Hondas to go, but they wouldn't. I guess the CAI noise scares them, LOL.

A few weeks back I played with one of those small MB coupes, we toyed around for a while and finally hit a light side by side. I wasnt sure if he would go so I waited for a sec when the light turned. He went and got about a 1/2 car on me, I could here that he was at WOT. So I gased it and the car got loud. There were some people standing in the median and they all turned around with a shocked look on their face, I got a chuckle out of that! Any how, by the time I was half way through second and the car was screaming I had a car length and he shut it down. I was like dam, shut him down! It was probably a base model MB anyway. But the whole thing was worth it just because of the "pricless" look on the peeps face when I floored it. I love my CAI.
