driving home from frontier city (local theme park) with my friends an elder gentlemen didn't yield (he was turning into a parking lot) and i was coming straight towards him (me only going arond 35). it was so close that my freind commented "you couldn't even spit between the cars". i hit my brakes hard and i just screeched past him. very close call and just makes you think how someone could have easily gotten hurt or worse (i always wear my selt belt and make my passengers do the same). but if i did get hit (here comes out the greedy bastard part of me) i am sure the way and at that speed we would have hit, my car would be considered totalled. i would probably get a new max or a wrx but i am just glad everything is ok. i know people post about when they do get hit but lets just hope i never have to make that kind of post.
