First of all, you need to know what parts you need which is a function of when they were last replaced.

1. Spark plugs - were they changed at 60K? If so, with what. If the OEM platinum plugs were replaced in kind, you are good to go. If you are running NGK coppers, they may need to be replaced.

2. Has the PCV valve ever been replaced?

3. When was the last time the air filter, fuel filter and oil and oil filter, and wiper blades were replaced?

4. Condition of other fluids - brakes, power steering, transaxle & clutch (if manual), transmission (if automatic), radiator.

5. What condition are the tires in and when were they last rotated?

6. Have the throttle body and idle air control valve ever been cleaned?

7. Are you throwing any codes?

8. Visual inspections - exhaust, steering, suspension, CV boots, transmission seals (if manual), belts and hoses.

This is just what comes to mind.

Good price on the OEM plugs if you want the Plats, $8 each.
