windshield washer jet on steroids

from driver side to passender side the first three ports work normal but the farthest right port shoots the fluid completely over the windshield, onto the roof, almost untouching the windshield all together. Anyone know why this would happen?

Are they on the hood?[not sure on the 5th gens]

If so just stick a pin/needle in the hole to adjust it down toward the winshield..

What abou tif you try to adjust the angle of it with a needle but it won't budge and it is stuck in the same position? Any ideas of how to get it moving again?
