help getting off rusted screws?

just try soaking them in liquid wrench or wd40...let it soak in then try...if the screws are stripped then try using a vise grip or something like that...

As Chris said liquid wrench works great. If there's little risk of the screw breaking, depending on the location of the screw an impact driver could be used. They're about $10
at any auto parts store.
